Machex provides a marketplace technology platform for marine assets, equipment, parts and services.
Members must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and use the platform lawfully. Sellers remain responsible for their listings and buyers remain responsible for independent checks.
Machex is not a party to the final sale contract unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. Platform records, moderation and security controls may be used to protect users and enforce these terms.
